Help with spyware

I just arrived home and find that one of my desktops is infected with spyware, I run on it ad aware and search and destroy and nothing. It is a bar that appears when I open IE, it has ads for "make money, casino, sex, etc" I can get rid of this shit.

The website of this mother fuckers seems to be lop.com, I downloaded the unistaller in their site and the thing is still there.

Can someone help me here please?

or can't you block that address in ie?
