Is there a script that counts where your visitors come from (top referrers) and than it makes a table with the top referrers and number of hits.

Try the sexlist counter, it gives the top 100 refferers.

But if you want the referrer table to show up embedded in your site, with the rest of your content and design.

If you just want a counter, that you can log in and check your stats. Then what the other people suggested will probably work great for you.
