deleting the script

I have to delete autogallery pro from my server and reinstall it. But, I have a problem with deleting the admin directory. I just cannot delete it. I tried to upload all the files again but it does not let me to rewrite the admin directory again, so the script does not work. Do you guys know how to delete this admin directory?

Talk to your host and see that you have the right permissions
on the directory. If someone else installed it for you under a
different username you might not have the permissions to
do it...
