Vivid stats problem

Has anyone else promoting Vivid had stats problems? I just saw two sales disappear.

I dont know, but just noticed my console-free links have exit popups... Wonder how long thats been going on

I have problems with Vivid stats too. Stats remote shows 5 sales today but on their webmaster page there is only 1 sale.

i just started them out. so no sales so far.

yeah the stats look a lil messed up... it says i've given them 401630 uniques...

Just checked stats and everything looks pretty normal outside of the big bump in sales due to the $50 per join promotion.

Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention, we spent the morning reviewing everything and here's what we found:

Couldn't help but notice your post was placed at 12:10 which is right around the time our stats program posts for the day and starts the new day. Could you have still been uploading "todays" stats and been seeing the next day's stats? We checked a number of accounts and the program as a whole and found no issues with transaction counts. This is NOT an active member program so we NEVER deduct sales. LMK

We did find a glitch which was affecting uniques and causing an intermittent problem with the console free links. It's corrected now and all uniques should be correct and console free links should now work every time! We want to make good on the console problem, so we're going to go ahead and pay everybody who sent traffic during this payperiod which started on the 16th until today the full commission we pay on the program with consoles. This way we can all feel safe and make sure everyone gets paid what they deserve.
