need a script for email program

I'm looking for a script/program to run a email program.

If you know of any goon ones out there that will do the job please let me know.

you need a full custom script done. all the cheap ones that used to work are all cgi based, and even if you are white listed by the bigger isps, cgi mail dont get in any more. spammers killed it.

I don't quite get your point. CGI scripts can create any kind of email you need if the programmer knows how. How does an ISP know how you sent an email or why would they care. Legitimate email is sent by many websites with cgi scripts.
