notebook or desktop for work

Do you guys prefer to work on a notebook or a desktop? I prefer a notebook usally so i can watch tv on the big screen and work at the same time

I like my notebook, I hook it to my wireless keyboard/mouse and to my 19" monitor and use it as my desktop at my desk, but then when I need to get from behind the desk I just grab the laptop and go. I can go sit out on the back deck and look at the lake in the summer time while still working. Laptops are the way to go for sure.

I'm buying a laptop pretty soon. Maybe I should get rid of my desktop and only use the laptop instead.

Has anyone seen any problem with the laptop if you have it on a lot? I remember and old laptop I had that over heated pretty easily.

I already work 4 years only on notebook. Last with 17' LCD.
Do not have any problem and very mobile

i hate the laptop keyboards, thats the only real downside for me

I have both, so if I don't wanna get outta bed one day I just grab my notebook....

Notebooks are a cool thing to have. but if u actually use them before you would prefer the desktop. Its just way harder for me to make galleries and submit with a laptop.
