    True story....the most cool way I ever heard somebody sack a guy!

    Boss asks guy into office...and tells him:

    I want to have a chat with you...I would like to tell you that
    that this company wouldn't know how to continue without you.
    We honestly don't know.....But from starting tomorrow we're going to try!
