funky ccbill ratios?

my niche based ccbill sites have converted at an average of 1:500 for 6 months. this week they're crapping out at 1:2500?! anybody else experiencing low ratios with ccbill? all my other sponsors are converting normally.....hmm......

I was seeing low ratios the first few days of this month, but after cutting non-performing sponsors, they're back up where they should be.

One thing I found was that for certain sponsors, some "Sub-Accounts" were converting REALLY badly in March so I just switched the traffic that had been going those sub-accounts to better-performing (non-CCBILL) sponsors. Feb. was my best month ever, and March is tracking slightly higher than Feb. right now but I do a lot of shuffling among sponsors.

When ratios get that bad, it is almost always a sign of shaving... probably time to send the traffic somewhere else.

Oh that is just BS. Sign ups just fluxuate alot. We have 1 site that is a regularly high convertor and today has just sucked balls for it, while we have another that was slow for a week then skyrocketed this week, and lastly another site that is converting like mad but unfortunatly just for a few people.

No shaving, just possible scrubbing by ccbill but nothing abnormal.

ya, hopefully its just the usual ups and downs of the biz. I just found it curious that ALL my ccbill sponsors are in the toilet, while my other companys are within the normal parameters.....

IPSPs change/update their scrubbing techniques often. For the majority of people, this is what accounts for fluctuating ratios.

Not many hits at all for 1 weeks worth of hits.
