Whats a better Task Manager program that shows application cpu/memory usage?

Task Manager never seems to be working correctly for me..

When all apps are added up, it comes to like 120MB, when windows tells me that I have 90MB free instead of ~400 (512-120). Obviously other things are running (including windows itself) thats using up ram..

whats a good program that shows you exactly where your ram is going?
