$1,000 is definitely nice though if you offered another digit on that you'd get a lot more interest from people. Most people who have access to a girl who'd do nude photoshoots would be photographers who shoot their own content and would be worth more than $1,000 to use the girl themself.

If you can find the girls yourself and shoot all the content and build the site, and promote it, and, and, and, then by all means do it yourself, but there are lurkers on here who might have that connection but dont have what it takes to make it work for themselves. I know how you feel. We have a similar search going on. I asked the top agent (and only real agent) in Los Angeles to refer a girl for her own site, I told him the situation and that it wouldn't be a typical booking, and when we tried to negotiate a deal, he couldn't think beyond "$800 per hardcore shoot and $90 referral for us for every shoot." This is despite the fact that if he had an open mind about the arrangement, we could have paid him a lot more money.

I've had mixed experiences with agents in LA. A lot of them are stuck in the mindset of video and magazines, they haven't really adjusted to the internet biz model. Everyone on the net offers bulk discount deals -- I think if an agent booked a model with 20 companies, he should get 20 "booking fees" --- but if he books a model for 20 days with one company, there should be a discount.

Just my two cents, everyone does it their own way. I'm not really looking for LA porn girls here anyway.

Not every model is looking for a long term deal, and $10k is a lot more money than most 18-22's would be able to make for 20 days of easy work (no hardcore). I also think that there are lots of models who've been promised 50%, but find out that 50% of nothing is still nothing. I'm taking all the risk here. For the extra 10%, I would expect the girl to be exclusive to us for at least one year. I'm not asking for that here.

We'll market her under our own trademarked name, so no one can say "this is TAWNEE from lightspeed" --- someone noticed earlier today that Rachel18 actually has 3 sites in 3 different programs. As long as I have the most exclusive (and best quality) content, the exclusivity of the model herself is not much of a factor. And if the girl goes on to become famous, so much the better. We'll have "before she was famous" pictures, right? I don't expect to find another Tawnee, but I'd love to build some good sites that I can recoup my investment and make a nice little profit for my webmasters and for my company.
