Bush Ads Exploit 9/11

Well it's no surprise, I caught the ad on tv already and it uses footage of 9/11. So what do you think of the King using 9/11 footage to win himself a re-election? Here's an article about it that came out this morning, the ads just started running.

I think it's going to blow up in his face.. I think people are starting to realize he really didn't resolve anything, and that his exploitation of 9/11 is more of an insult to the nation than anything else.

You know I think people with intelligence see the insult but most people are mindless sheep and this type of stuff probably appeals to them. So I guess it will only partially blow up, unless he does something to compound it and I'm sure he will at some point.

Yeah but he really didn't do anything that fantastic with regards to 9/11 except that he was in office for the time period... People are disturbed and hurt by images of 9/11, using it to glorify what one man has done (which has amounted to diddly squat, in reality) is extremely insulting and degrading to the memory of the victims who died that day, if you ask me...

i don't think a deplomatic solution to the problem would resolve any war esp. when your fighting with terrorist whose only means to sending their message is through violent killings of innocent civilians. He just made the right decision and I personally respect him for that. if you were in his shoes after the 911 attack, would you go for a diplomatic means?

No it wont. I have been trying to tell you guys for a long time now that he wont win, and this is why. If you think about it, this is the only thing he can campaign on and as others here have said, what has he really done? During the time I've been awake today and had the tv on my desk on FoxNews I've already seen his commercials 6 times. And I haven't even been watching it the whole day. I bet FoxNews gave him a super low rate since they're so nazi oriented half the time.

I only wish CNN or MSNBC would get better and I would watch them more often.
