as for how you did it well thats up to you but there are tons of resources online and forums that specialise in seo skills and all it would take would be some time reading it and energy on your site which most of those guys do anyway ..

I just read over the contest. Now let me get this straight.

if you get a chance you will see there was an attempt to do this competition already , the issues raised by people was that it wouldnt be fair to run a competition with their exisitng domain names as some already have fairly decent dominance in the search engines . and the other issue was if they where going to enter they didnt want to have to deal with costs related to this , ie as in registering a new domain name and hosting . i have domain names that redirect to my main site that i can lend them for a month and since i have in interest in selling the domain names and they are all MODEL names building them up to be related to the product/service we are going to be promoting is not going to benefit me in any way id like ..

it was to stop people from moaning - IF yall like to make a competition yourselves and buy and host your own domains and ill pick a random subject thats perfectly fine by me also .this was never about the money or gains for me .
