Web based network question

I know I have seen these things before but can't find one now that I need it.

I need a way for me and a few other people to be able to access each others files. I have seen these web based networks where it's all free and easy to set up but that was a long time ago.... any ideas or links...???

Damn... that's what I needed too...

I have found a couple that basically connect you to a napster type network but you have to share with everyone. I want to be able to just allow my partners access and no one else. I know it's out there.....................
