Will there be another dot com boom?

I missed the dot com boom of the 2000's cause unfortunately I was like 16 at the time (almost 20 now) so I couldnt make the millions that some of you lucky bastards made...

Will times ever be as good again? There are always ups and downs in the economy (fluctuations in the dollars) so naturally I hope the same can apply to this situation...
