Some content providers might allow you to transfer the lisence.

The easiest thing is to agree with your client that he would have to buy the license of the pictures used, and then point him over to the content provider that you have used.

Another solution is to have your customer provide the content, because it has to be in his site, since thats what you are advertising...people expect to see that content inside.
