    Cooking Spaghetti

    I'm making the sauce myself.

    Here is whats in already;

    Tomato sauce, Beef, Peppers, onions, crushed red pepper, Paul's private blend stek seasoning, mediterranian oregano leaves, chili powder, salt, pepper and crushed garlic clove.

    What else should go in?

        Depends on how you like to eat it. That's not how I make mine, but I'd say add mushrooms to almost any kind.

                    Just after you remove the sauce from the heat, but BEFORE you serve it, sprinkle a small amount of sugar in it and stir it up. This will take any extra edge of the acidity level if any!

                    Good luck

                            I usually just buy the premade stuff and just season the meat...

                            Try some parsley, basil, or Montreal Steak sauce/spice

                                You need some alcohol in the sauce itself.

                                  I'm not sure what your steak sauce tastes like, as I've never used anything like that, but I do put Worcestershire sauce in sometimes.

                                          I'm cooking right now this kind of pasta I've never seen before. Little bags with four cheese inside. I hope it's good. I'll post a picture when it's done.

                                                    Yea adding a little sugar to the sauce takes away the bitterness of the tomatoes. Instead of ground beef sometimes we chop up some sausage links... Try it sometime, its great.
