    MASSIVE blood flow problem?

    I have a problem. My dick is so huge that every time I get an erection I feel like I am going to pass out. Because I bet 8lbs of blood rushes to my netherregions.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

                  I don`t have small dick and I don`t have this problem.
                  Maybe you need some gym training if you don`t exercise.
