    SE and PHP guru

Hey, if I change my site from straight HTML to PHP and dynamically create all my links and banners. Will this fuck up my PR on google. How does google spider PHP sites. I have heard people say that is doesn't matter and others say is does.

This is the site I would want to convert-
    PornoPeddler.com

This is what I have done so far-
    PHP PornoPeddler.com

I guess I feel really uncomfortable about the .php extension....

    Any helpful advice is appreciated.

i have most of my sites in php, and i have some nice google listings so i dont think it matter to much...
there are a lot of sites using php and asp that are linked high in google so i really don't think its worse than .html

thc, if you have a problem with the .php extension, just get your host/admin to setup the server so that .html is php parsed.

            Simple enough.

Nathan, you dont think that if matters having a PHP extension?
I didnt think that it would because it would be parsed into HTML anyways right?

It might. If you leave your links with ? in them. It doesn't matter whether the files are .htm or .php or .asp though.
