Do you have problems with Dotster ?

Do you experience sometimes problems with Dotster...when you got some domain names locked as "Name Safe" and f.e you want to update the contact details, then you have to confirm the update with an email ( for security reasons ) but when you click the link, you get a "there are no updates with that code" message.

I happened to me in the past, it happens now with a recent bought domain and that sucks since I don't want to spend few days again writing emails to dotster and waiting long for their stupid replies.

So if you are using Dotser and Name Safe feature, do you get similar problems llike me?
    I don't use ICQ anymore.

On the other hand, Go Daddy has very fast support, but it doesn't help much when you read all the horror stories about them

This is getting fucking ridicolous !
Now I can't even update the name servers.

Do you really think Directnic is reliable too ?
I think I will have to change the registrar in future
