I don't know who did the box. The folks who hired me to do the shoot hired someone else to do the box design.

Looks like it covers the rule to the "T" in design Nice on Dean

Box covers mean alot, probably account for most the sales.
Tons of other facters to of course but a great box cover definatly helps
