    Google

Is any of their stat available to the public? Like search terms used, total traffic stat and stuff like that?

Never used adwords, but do they have a searchsuggestion tool like goto used to have?

Guess most of the info is not public, but if you have any interesting info please post it

How close do you consider it to be? What percentage of Google's traffic, more or less? Of course, it's not the same percentage difference for every keyword, but roughly ...

Well seeing as how Overture is now part of Yahoo, the numbers you will get from that will match yahoo stats - and Yahoo is pretty much on par in visitors/searches with google so i guess it would be pretty close

I imagine it's about 75% of what google gets, based on what I've heard.
