Unless Edwards does something incredible and wins the nomination I don't see anyone beating Bush. At least Edwards actually has strong positions on things as well as charisma. I think nader said if few days before the elections, it looks like he would become a factor between which party loses, given the fact that nader a) likes john kerry and b) hates bush, he would quit and nominate kerry.

You make a good point here. What do you suppose the chances would be that more people realize this than we may think, and may really not want to see history repeat itself causing them to vote against Bush? While I am all about a third party being represented in an election, I am also one to think a lot of the people who voted for Nader may have a stronger attraction to voting democrat because they do not want Bush in office.
