Webmasters using verotel

Any webmaster using verotel failed to get their recurrings on friday till now?
Everything is working fine there, for new sign ups, but lost all the recurrings supposed to have
Their live help is never there when problem comes in!

Anyone have the same problem?

havent noticed that problem, but i have to say they are the absolute WORST at stats that i have ever seen in the industry. any other place on the internet has a more comprehensive and complete tracking system. they are just ridiculuos.

Yeh, the stats area is worst, The most important part, to let the webmaster know how many recurrings is due today is something important to me at least, but all processors have it, except them. And its making things troublesome

They seem to be a day behind all of a sudden. As well I think that expired users have not been removed for us for Thursday and Friday and we have not received the usual recurring charge emails.

Has anyone been able to get in touch with them?

Our active members also have not been rebilled since Friday Feb. 20 and it seems also not today, on Saturday Feb. 21.

Check and Euro Debit members have been rebilled - so only Credit Card customers seem to be behind.

Have you also noticed that 'click-to-buy' stats have a Zero number since Friday?

We cannot reach anyone from the staff - on a weekend...

They said something about upgrading their infrastructure - it seems that join pages come up a lot faster today than before.

Maybe the had to shift some of the rebills because of the upgrades?

I remember Ibill having the same problem in the past - being with the rebiller behind. They always caught up within 1-2 days.

Anyway it would be good to hear something from Verotel a.s.a.p.

i got a 1 or 2 i think that was about all i know we lost alot of sales those are good days for us and ya the live down and i was to lazy to call this time , for i get mad at the every time , what is the worse thing they will never email you back tho you can a lady there a BITCH and they have not a prob to email you and give you shit over it .

Yes... seems to be a major problem with rebills. Those scheduled for February 20 had their status changed to "deleted".

I have seen great sites that I figured would convert great... and when I went to sign up to promote them, I saw they use Verotel. I'd NEVER promote a site using Verotel. Why? Well, there are multiple processors better than Verotel, and the fact that the website is using them reaks of scam.

If you use Verotel, you are a scammer. If you are not a scammer, you would not use them.

They even accepted paris hilton traffic in the beginning, and then cancelled rebills to pay for chargebacks. They waited until the lawyers contacted them, then simply tell the webmaster to open a new site and send traffic again until they are caught by the lawyers....so any processor that does that is a scam.

This is a little harsh. We started using them to diversify amongst IPSP's after the October 2002 regulation scare. We use all of the IPSP's just as a matter of good business. No scamming at all.

If you think scammers are not using any and all of the processors you are nuts.

Monday morning update:

Friday 20
Saturday 21
Sunday 22

all due CC rebills have NOT been done over the weekend.

New sales seem to go through as normal. But email notifications on new signups also have NOT been sent.

It now seems that Verotel has begun to rebill CC customers due on Sunday 22.

Hopefully they will check the whole database and finally rebill all due customers since Friday 20. We think, that is what Verotel must do in the end. The customer database will end up inconsistent if they wont catch up the undone rebills.

What is truly dissatisfying is the lack of response to their webmasters in this situation...

Maybe we hear a Verotel Rep talk today?

I also just received my payment
I checked on the rebill stats and we received our rebills today, but not for the 20-22nd

And just for info on the guy who posted about Verotel.

We used Verotel before CCbill came into the picture
We also used Lancelot and Ibill.

So they have been around for a very long time. We didn't even start with CCbill until 1998 and than we were already online for 2 years, with Lancelot and Verotel.

There were sites before CCbill you know!
