multi layer DVD menus?

I'm up to speed on how to make a DVD, but I am looking for software to make the multi-layered menus that are popular. The kind where you have a cut out image of a female, and then a movie clip playing behind her, as well as dynamic text.

Anyone have any idea what program does that?

A buddy of mine makes DVD and he swears by Ulead's DVD Author. I know what you suggested can be done using it because he does that very same thing on his menus.

If you're using a Mac definately look into DVD Studio Pro. It's pretty much the standard in professional DVD authoring.

I moved over to PC cause I just had to many problems with my G4. Though the G5 looks sweet... but I doubt I'll go back.
