    video editing problem

I cut the vids , they are 20 secs, then I upload them to make the galleries, and play them from there, they appear to 11-13 secs, anybody knows what the problem could be ?

How long are they for you ?...this thing's been breaking my head, if anybody could give me some input...it would be greatly appreciated.

    Peace

when you open the clip, does the length say 20 seconds and it only plays for 11?

I had the same problem when using eo video, so I switch to Procoder for my transcoding.

nope, they play for 11-13 secs , and it displays 11-13 secs
but the actual clip is 20 secs,

if I save it to my PC it plays for 20 secs

It ain't cheap, but it has a great batch utility for multiple output formats.

Saw the post on another board, your clips are 20 seconds.

If you have dvd writer and are using dvdxcopy your videos will seem smaller in time ( length) remove this app if you want acurate times.
