mouse over/hide url - HELP

Can someone please tell me the way to hide URL, but real script not those who hides url but as soon as I click on the link I can see the URL again.

I need it to protect some files.
(simple java script preffered, but all other is welcome to)

how do you want it?

I can write a php script for you that will get a hidden url from a text file and bump the person to the site effectively.
