Lately when I right click to open in a new window the window is like 1/8th page and I need to expand it. What do I do to make it so it opens full sized?

just make it bigger but dont fullsize it. then close the window, then try again.Comment

from your full window, open a new one as you were doing.
close the original window so only your new one is open.
resize the new one to how you want it.
close it.
