Problem with a Mac pc, seeking advise

Hey guys I have an issue with a customer, the problem is he can?t access our member?s area ?authentication fails?. He?s using a Mac OS X 10.3.2 and has also tried these browsers, Netscape 7.2, IE 5.2, and Safari 1.2 and none of them could access member?s area. The password works just fine for us. Have any of you come across this before?
Any tips on how to resolve this problem?
    Thank you

I am running 10.2.8 and everything works fine. Haven't had a problem like that before. It could have something to do with cookies though, might want to have him check if he has them disabled. No idea if that'll work or not, but it's worth a try.

It happens all the time depending on your authentication or especially if you're using some DRM. You can give me the login and pass and URL I can see if FireFox works but you never know.

According to the customer he?s been copying and pasting it, so should not be the problem unless he picking up a blank space on the end
          Thanks

            Its a cookie problem:

            http://www.gsoconnect.com.au/MAC-COOKIES.html

We get loads of these every week but give him the link here and all will be well.
