Whatever, man, I've never had a problem with Candid support. One thing I know is that they are 'migrating' all old clients into the new 'client support' feature, and not everyone can login to it yet.

I went to sleep, and this morning I had 3 people trying to contact me. So, they do have support

For new clients signing up the site control function is available. For our existing clients the system is still being tweaked but should be released in the near future. The best way to receive support now for existing clients is to email support at candidhosting dot com and open a ticket. Our phone number is 813-221-4429 ext 707 for support.
