Dialer pop-ups

how can i stop dialer pop-ups? ie. the security warning software downloads ones? in win xp?

Panicware Pop-up stopper and Zonealarm wont do it.

They are starting to annoy me! having to click red X all the time

I don't think you can but I believe the next version of IE will stop them. Can't wait for that SP2

But they're everywhere now, even private.com has a dialer acces option! i think its going to be bad, bad news for the industry!
