I feel that, No, in the first place you cannot say weather or not I have what I told you I have and, No matter what the damn reimbursment check sayes on it, as long as the check is good,I have not broken any laws.

Yes this situation came up elsewhere and its really happening but, I got into a argument with someone that sayes that I'm wrong and that because the check sayes what it sayes that I've broken some kind of law.
And that they know for a fact that this individual does not have the product he offered in the first place.
