i agree... FruityLoops will do what you need and is very easy. it comes with a plethora of sounds, and you can download more.
Acid Pro is also very easy. You get buy Acid loop CDs and mix and match it.Comment

Fruityloops (FLStudio) is awesome.
If you really get into mixing check out Reason or Sonar. Both are great programs.
