ok.. i currently own http://www.try3x.com and i think i want to make it a tgp. My close friend owns www.mega-pics.com and he also wants to do the same. Problem is we dont know where to really start.. funds are not to limited but arent the skys the limit. please post if only basic themes anything is helpful and needed.

Well i gotta get started somewhere i mean, i see all these people discouraging us 'newbies' but damnit u fucking started as one and im sure it didnt just fall into ur lap. You had help.. yes it was probaly self help but i cant fuckin get my foot in the door. i'm not asking for some one just to give me a $10k/month site i just want a lil information on where to start.. hell i'm making $10 a day if im lucky. Just a vote of pride in us 'wannabes' would be great STOP WITH THE NEGATIVES AND FUCKING HELP US!

There are too many webmasters and too much free porn. It's getting harder to make money. The less webmasters, whether newbie or old timer, the better. People are slowly realising it.

Why should any of us help you? What's in it for us?

Another uneducated, newbie webmaster filling the Internet with yet more free porn. No thanks. If I were a program owner, I'd sure help new webamasters on my program or at least employ someone qualified to do so as the bottom line is more sales for me. Until then... no.

Why make competition for ourselves? Its difficult enough as it is.

fair response, im not asking for cash outta your pockets.. if not a tgp then where should i start where would not effect your pockets? I have experince with coding, and other parts of the biz. I just dont know where to start seems like every road i travel is a dead end or someone waiting to shut me down. Where did you guys & girls start?

bunky TGP's are not rocket science - like everything you get a few hits to kick off then start working on trading those hits. It all takes time and patience and of course in the current climate you are going to find it hard work.
Just remember this, you are up against people who are in the low cost BW tarrifs, these people can afford to give away more and have cash flow to feed the machine.
