I just recently had dealings with Phatservers. The support from Phatservers (Evan) is great and their network connection seems quite good. Prices are even better.

We have great uptimes (the only problem we had so far in months was a broken processor in one of the boxes but we always have new boxes ready just in case).

Euhm... this is a free world; some people use more and other people less traffic.
In our plans, we go from 20 to 120GB/month.
