    Free Site Maker?

    Anyone have software that actually makes a free site? Not an avs...

    I want Warning Page, Main Page, 2 gallery pages and a links page.

    All fully template based so I can have whatever I want where on the pages.

    I've looked at a few of the avs ones but they dont allow enough editing of the pages or don't make all the pages needed.

                  I made one for myself years ago in Visual Basic. Very simple to write and has made me lots of money.

                      to get it to do what you really want, you will need a custom built one. we have one that will build a site every 5 seconds that we had created in ColdFusion some time ago that we use for clients that need a mass build for whatever reason ;)

                      do not think most of the 'off the shelf' solutions would really do what you want.

                          avscreate does that as well as galleries and other types of sites and also acts as a content management system, makes thumbs for ya, manages all your adverts, etc...

                              I dont see how it makes free sites, let alone the guy has a clue what a free site is. Taken from his site below...

                              What are Free Sites?

                              Free Sites are sites which have a "members" area which is free to enter, but are protected by a system which requires a credit card for access. The members area is made up of a number of galleries with a page linking to these galleries.

                              Since when does a free site have a member area that is protected by a credit card? That might be a free avs site but not a free site.
