There's a great philosophy behind Rick's success and he keeps duplicating it, and keep making millions with it.

I do them all, and so far, domain speculating is the least stressful, albeit I haven't been sued yet, I imagine that would rock the stress meter a bit, but you an domain speculate without infringing on any trademarks.
