Uh... CBS has full rights to the Super Bowl event and all of it's participants - signed & legal when they planned it a year ago. The question is, does everyone else who is starting sites on the pics & video have the rights? I don't think so.Comment

No, CBS doesn't need a model release. I would imagine that CBS paid MTV to produce the content, and I don't believe the television world has "model releases". Instead, they have contracts.Herschel Savage
