Best Web900 processing?

I need a suggestion for which Web900 process is the most used out there or most prefer, I've look over Ibill, WSB and Globill-system and this is what I find so far:

Ibill: their fee are lesser than Globill about 10% less(but apparently they're down alot?)

Globill: reputation for reliable service and good customer support but their fee are 10% higher than Ibill, this is big issue for large amount of $

WSB: I weren't able to find their fee charge for Web900, does anyone know?

So far that's all I could find, anyone know other good Web900 processing company, if not which of the 3 above is good. Anyhelp is appreciated.

The processing fee for 900 billing is 20% of the transaction.

FYI -- our 900 system works the same as our check & credit card system (it's actually the same backend system)
