you should go with the most reliable hosts and compare their prices. if you find a good host they will most often match a price for you. i host with www.sinhost.com and have nothing but good things to say about them.

Who has the cheapest BW, that is "reasonably reliable" (at least 92% up time) and (my fault for not adding this before) also offers managed hosting?

Don't know squat about techie server stuff so unfortunately "admin yourself" won't work for me personally.

yes, I bought from them, it's really cheap, but as I said, they're sometimes slow with support, seem to loose mails, 'cause the rest of the time they're pretty fast
