anybody got any good remedies for sinus problems......i have no snot and my damn sinuses feel like their swollen like fuck.

Awww, poor baby... hot hot shower .. steam usually helps me .. and then when you can breathe a little you can try afrin or some nose spray .. and sudefed ..

im right there with ya. i've been using a humidifier and that helps for a few minutes anyway. Hope you feel better soon.

i have a humidifier going now too, but my nostrils are like a desert. my head is pounding and i'm feeling light-headed, ugh.

Buy Xylitol sugar (online probably unless you live in a big metro area) and grapeFRUIT seed extract..

Buy one of those sinus spray steroid dispenser things.... cheapest you can find... dump it out & wash it out with soap and water.

Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon xylitol sugar, 2 drops of grapefruit seed extract & fill the sprayer with distilled or heaviliy filtered/purified bottled water.

There ya go.

i'm a bald fuck to begin with but i do have an appointment in 2 weeks with a ENT doc. thats the prob, hes so booked up i can't get in there til then and i need a remedy for now
