    non .com names

    What are single word non .com domains worth? I normally stick with .com but I found a few nice single word domains with other extensions...

    for example sex.com of course is worth a shit load of money and we all know KRL just paid big bucks for men.com

    but how much dose the vaule go down for other extensions with the same name assuming they are good adult keywords? for example using the extensions .biz , .bz , .us are we talking the $500 - $1k I mean I know the extensions suck but if they are good keywords they should be worth something right?

      It depends on the word...

      Sex.net will still fetch a couple grand.

          yea I have a pretty good feel for what .net names are worth but these are .biz , .bz and .us names which I've never messed with

              gaysex.biz or teen-sex.info aren't worth much

              .com's would be very valuable instead

                  It all depends on who wants em I have bought a few odd extensions in the hope of resale. You cant expect anywhere near .com value but you can get hits from certain search engines depending on the extension or origin of extension.

                          recently I but a couple of names with the .club extension , really they arent worth much because of all the other extensions out there...but to me they are...I could build websites on them with an amazing url...I rather that than buy a 4 word .com domain

                          I doubt they are worth anything...but in a near futur when getting a .com will be very hard...good extensions like .tv .club .nu etc might be worth something

                                              not sure, but probably yes, since it must be a .NEW.NET domain, not ICANN approved ( anyone from the domain gurus correct me if I am wrong )
