Well, it's a challenging and exciting position.

We have new software to launch, and after it's up
the person can help promote and make commission on top of salary. Sky is limit, company has plenty money , owns

Might be because your too general on what the position is. Webmaster means alot of things. Do you want somebody taking care of the server, the programming, marketing, be a webdesigner, or what? What is the person going to do?

The position is to help with new software we built and trying to roll out to public.

we need help in all aspects but we do NoT need any admin unix work. They want a webmaster that's creative with ecommerce not paysites... Also that knows about traffic and affiliate programs.
