EPOCH is a rock solid company. We have been processing with them since day 1. Clay, Chris, and Joel are quality guys. Their sales support is excellent. They are defianately on top of their game.

New product codes, if they are for new sites, have to now go through additional steps before they can be activated. It's not like the old days when it was as simple as send me an email, enter info into DB, and reply with product codes. Now, there are compliance steps necessary to insure all the rules are being followed. If anything takes longer than expected, send in a 2nd request to [email protected] with your company code and CC me (rand @ paycom . net). Put "2nd" request" in the subject line.
Make sure your site is up, your nose is clean, and you're playin' by all the rules and response time should rock.

Send your wants and desires for stats to us and if it makes sense for all we'll accommodate. The new stats don't suck. They're just different. Change is the only constant.
But, if there's something you'd like to see, well, tell us! We built them for you after all.
We want the Epoch stats to be the best in the industry. Saying that the suck tells us nothing. Tell us what you'd like to see as an improvement and maybe, just maybe, you'll log in one day and say wow, that's awesome.

I have no problem with change. Atleast HALF the stats do not even add up to the dumps, how can we rely on that? I have sent complaint emails, called several times, and always get brushed off like nothing is wrong. Just today, Processing Princess asked me to ICQ her about the problems, and again, I have been brushed off by getting no reply.Originally posted by Rand

i dont like the new stats either.
I might leave if they dont quickly turn into something better.
To imply that we need 'help' to figure them out or that we're just responding negatively to change is patronizing.
As JSA said, we probably know the stats the best- we know what they used to do and not do, and we can plainly see what they are like now, and what they can & cannot do.. and this is what we are basing our distaste on.
I'm just suprised that they couldn't get a good programmer in there to make some good stats- for crying out loud there are guys writing nice stats and scripts all over the place- even the counter companies have more professional looking stats .
There's people on this board who have personally written stats based on the data dumps that are 5x better than what the new ones are like. Frankly I expected alot more from Epoch- until this happened I considered them the top-notch processor, (they have had a great track record sending checks on time since the dark days passed) but I must admit it concerns me that they would launch something that clearly had ALOT of kinks to be worked out- it seems like a rough sketch to me. It really caught me off guard- I'm usually worried about Visa/Bank/Check issues going to hell- but that seems pretty solid lately, however, I never worried the stats would get changed into something worse..(!)
