phpAdsNew is simple to install. It basically installs itself. Just fill in the forms and click a few buttons.
It's also got that best Maunal ever put together for an OpenSource project. It's not to difficult to figure all out.
Check their site for someone to install it for you. Either that or eLance.com or something like that. I'd help you, but I'm booked up for the next week or so.Comment

I'm not a PHPAdsNew guru but I offer a similar product that I feel is comparable to PHPAdsNew plus my country-to-ip db doesn't cost you extra and is updated for free. See my sig.Comment
