Ok fucking google finally updated its index

It seems to have spidered my newest domain - and many sites that also are in Google's index have links to my site but stilll when I try to check out which sites link to me (in google) it shows no links at all. So my link popularity is still zero with that domain.

Whats up with this?
I suppose it either requires a certain amount of links to gain even basic link popularity or it has blacklisted me.

The latter option seems probable bacause I have never been blacklisted by a sponsor, top list, tgp or anything else during 5 years so I guess it's about time now..

i don't understand how google reports link popularity either. I've got a bunch of sites in google that bring me plenty of quality hits every day, but I always come up with link popularity 0.

I gauge things by Page Rank in the google toolbar. I've got some sites that come up in the first 1, 2 or 3 on search results, and my page rank is always 2/10.

i think your sites need to have similar keywords and similar theme before it counts as link popularity.

Google usually only shows reverse links of PR4 or higher.

Hey in looking at a few of my domains and trying to figure out whats bring them up in searches, Ive noticed the database(google) has gone back to the old descriptions, maybe its because it just updated today? Not sure, probably just a glitch, but when you first made this thread, I did a search on a few of my sites, and the updated versions came up, but now they dont, hmmm.... damn google confuses me so much.

But I love the game.
