Is it possible to alphabetize mny lists and have it stay that way? Once I open and close a folder, it goes back to random.

you can create new groups and sort by as many groups as you need.

I had same problem basicaly what u have to do is change view type to something else then sort by name then check view type back do this a couple of times and it will start remembering them
also before doing this check if u have in folder options a setting to remeber view settings for each folder
