iBill rebill problems?

Rebills for me have been around 40% of what they should be, and amazingly enough the link for checking your scheduled rebills is giving some bullshit error last couple of days.

Anyone else having less than desirable rebills?

It is one thing not getting your rebills, it is another to not be able to see if they are just behind or if they are just fucked.

yes, the 'Currently Scheduled Rebills' function has not been working for the past few days. definitely kind of sucks.

Has anyone been given an estimate of when the Total Active will be working again? They told me that they are aware of the problem but that they don't know when it will be functioning properly again. Gee thanks. I'm going through serious withdrawal without being able to check my total active, lol.

Also, quiet (or anyone else with their own ibill paysites), have your ibill signups been slightly lower than normal since (approx.) the beginning of the 3rd week of Jan? I don't know what exactly is up, but my joins are slightly declined and it's worrying me a bit since I'm currently buying a shitload of traffic. Ahhh, the fun of billing.

My rebills has been dropped since Jan 2002 , too many refunds for No Reason, something problem with their rebill sytstem for sure!

Last time i found some error about their Refunds!
they sent me some Refund Notice, but after that for about a week, i check the transaction, and found that the refund has been removed !
any problem like this?
