We took her to the hospital last Tuesday because she was having seizures. She came home Thursday afternoon and we're supposed to give her liquid Phenabarbitol twice a day to control the seizures. I picked up a horrible stomach virus while we were there and I just started feeling better yesterday, but I'm still pretty sick. Now we may have to take her back to the ER again because she's couging and sounds very congested and rattly. I'm afraid she is getting aspiration pneumonia because she's inhaled a bunch of that liquid medicine. She won't swallow it easily and she cries so much it keeps getting into her lungs.Originally posted by NaughtyJenn
