you are mainly getting that page rank boost from the galleries that are linking to you that have a good page rank. you have 3 page rank 4 galleries linking back to you that's all it take to get a good page rank.

but that doesn't mean anything it depends on the keywords that you appear for on google. the page rank would help your position on those keywords that's all.

PR5 is pretty good, most adult site hover around the 4-6 area with a select few hitting 7. Looks like you're doing alright but remember that PR is just a guage based on back links. You still need to target the right set of keywords to make full use of the PR you presently have.
