Revshare programs that don't share!

What is with revshare programs that don't share all the earnings with their webmasters. I thought the whole idea being revshare was sharing 50 or so percent with the webmaster. I understand having pop ups on a per sign up model but what I don't get is how programs owners get away with pop ups on revshare.

Do you send traffic to programs that do this, if so why?

alot of the programs dont share revenue on popups, or only on the program signups in the console, its a way for them to cross promote and earn extra $$.

that is why the per signup to console free tours is lower.

But i forsee 100% console signups or same payout console free tours as the new way to get more affiliates these days.

I been kinda wondering about that kind of leverage myself some.

There are some great rev share sites out there only thing that makes me nervous are the popwindows where I get no sales.

Larger programs tend to track the exit and work with the refer a little harder to get a sale.
